Congratulation Canadaon, that was fast.

Just getting more and more worried myself as I had Decision Made over a month ago on September 07 and have not received any oath invite.... I do see many applicants receiving their oath invite who had DM made end of September and already received oath invite. I am kind of scared they lost my file now.....

It seems to make no real sense that the time from DM to oath invite is so different for everyone. Wish it would be consistent throughout....

Do not worry. Right now in Edmonton/Calgary it is taking 3-5 weeks to get the oath invite after DM. You should get it very soon

Thank you Canadaon for your positive thoughts. I am just surprised that applicants applying and DM made way after me from Edmonton have already received oath invite so that made me worry they "lost" my application after DM

Hi there,

Congrats to those that have passed the test, or got oath invite. To those still waiting, dont be discouraged I am sure you will hear good news in the near future. Since it's citizenship week, I discovered this fun game/quiz that looks a lot like a mock citizenship test. It's based on 20 questions and you can try it as much as you can. Questions are not the same from one test to the other. Here's the link to resource below

My oath ceremony was not posted before and had to call them because of this. I was told that not all the oath ceremonies will be posted on the website.

Any Surrey applicants yet to get test invite?
My wife is still waiting for the test notice and her PR card expires in December. Not yet decided to renew it as we dont have any travel plans until mid 2017.

It seems like Surrey Office is really slow compare to all other Cities.

I've applied in July and status changed to IP in August 23rd. Now waiting for Test Invite.
