Mdh,

Once u have ur passport back from ottawa and the copr u can do flagpole right away any border nearest u and open 24 hours, on the other hand if u wanted to exit out of the country sometimes they only give 3 months expiry of your visa and your Dependents in that case u and ur family must be here before your stamp expires.

thank you.
Yeah depending when we get PPR and Passport back we will decide if we do flagpole or go home for 1 month vacation and then land when coming back...

cause if we do flagpole we will need to wait 3 more moths aprox to get Pr card so we can exit country...so kinda thinking but we depend on cic :(

Hello Seniors in the group!!

I have a situation to discuss and though that you would be able to give a proper revert, as most of you have already cleared all the stages.

I have been nominated by MPNP under SWO and while submitting the IMM0008 form, in question 2, i have erroneously selected "Skilled Worker" instead of "Provincial Nomination" and my packet has reached Nova scotia already.

Could you guys please suggest as to how can i get this corrected :

- Do i have to send a new Im0008 but i would i get hat linked with my application
- Or wait till i get a query

I'm worried that they might send my documents back and i don't want that to happen

Please help!!

Congrats buddy, you deserve the wine haha could you please share with us what you did after you passed the processing time?

Thanks

Thanks!

First, before reached the processing time (16 months) I put in contacted with my MP. He sent same day a request to CIC who, strikingly, answered back the next day, They told him similar explanation that we can hear from CIC agent, -it's only a estimate time frame, depend on how many PRs application we receive in, bla bla, - and exhorted him to write back if once reached time limit I wouldn't had received news yet.

Secondly, I called every 2 days to CIC

Finally, send them a request by CIC website...

Maybe, you can talk with your MP in order to find out if there's a problem ... I think..

Good luck!

What did you mean by request on CIC. Case enquiry form? What did you say? :)

Mdh,

Its best if u get ur landing here and wait for Pr, i dont eish anything bad to happened atlest we are safe already and pR.
It will depend on the expiry of ur Visa that they will give ur family and u after u got ur passport back.

The theory of issuing PPRs according to the numbering sequence JW-groups is not entirely true. As an example, applicant Ashomony (PACE-JW-5) got his/her PPR on Sept., 29th, and Jackson-Seo (PACE-JW-6) - on Sept., 21th...

Anyway, we still have 25 applicants from July 2015 in Waiting List:
1 wahme092---------------- 2-Jul-15
2 morena34----------------- 3-Jul-15
3 cali------------------------- 6-Jul-15
4 Malfeas13---------------- 7-Jul-15
5 Mj2016-------------------- 7-Jul-15
6 gill0475-------------------- 8-Jul-15
7 Dakilles------------------- 9-Jul-15
8 Ahmedali263------------- 9-Jul-15
9 Lakshmi.j----------------- 9-Jul-15
10 Gvince--------------------- 10-Jul-15
11 CindySmile--------------- 13-Jul-15
12 Mnbvcxz1234------------ 13-Jul-15
13 braveheart4life---------- 13-Jul-15
14 rosvita--------------------- 14-Jul-15
15 rorydent------------------ 14-Jul-15
16 HamedGh----------------- 15-Jul-15
17 Xtro------------------------ 15-Jul-15
18 swimmingmashine------ 16-Jul-15
19 Jaz87----------------------- 17-Jul-15
20 Umeshbagga------------- 20-Jul-15

23 AmKh---------------------- 27-Jul-15
24 Krish11-------------------- 29-Jul-15
25 Engineer123---------------- 31-Jul-15

As I saw on Forum, two August applicants got their PPRs today. The unfair system at all...

Yes, I made a mistake. It's how you correctly wrote "Case enquiry form"

Good Luck!
