has anybody tried to call CIC and ask about their application? To see if they could tell you when they will start working on it? I guess is pointless to call them, but just wondering if anybody has tried.

I call them to try find out something about my medicals.

ME received at CIC June 1
And since June 9 my cic shows ME in review!?

I'm an August 28, 2015 aplicant. 5 inland aplicant with 3 children.

thanks for the reply. Did they give you any information useful or just the typical ''we cannot help you''??

I would like to know about somebody who has done medicals and applied late june or early july.

No nothing.
Son I confirm I was August 2015 aplicant he told me to wait...(processing time is 15 months right now sir!)

yeah, that's what they always say. ''procesing time is 15 months'' so dont bother them before that date. I was just wondering if anybody got something better than that. haha.

I asked a lawyer about the procesing time and all that, and his suggestion was ''call cic and ask when they will process your application'' I guess he has better luck when he calls them....

Still no PPR and no changes in MyCIC profile..
Please IRCC start working on our PPRs..

Hope they are updating our MyCIC profile at least we may know that they are working..

I just tried my luck by calling CIC to see if I could get any info about my application. I wanna take vacations and go to my country for a month but right now with so much uncertainty is imposible to buy any tickets.

As I knew, they just told me ´´your application is still in the average procesing times, so until it passes October 6th there is nothing we can do´´.

So nothing but nothing. I do really wish I dont have to wait till October........
