I wish I could say this week but I am not optimistic at all seeing how they are working so far. I might give them a cal tomorrow although I know it will be pointless

Is there difference between medical received and medical passed in my CIC status?

When you checked it on ECAS it will only indicate that your Medical results have been received only. MyCIC account information is much accurate and detailed so when it appears Medical Passed, it means that you have passed the health requirement for immigration to Canada.
