Does cic charge ur credit card on same day when u get AOR ??

I paid my fees online upfront with application. Usually it takes 2 weeks to get AOR once ur credit card has been charged.

Received by CIO: 7th July
AOR: 7th Oct.

I have two urgent questions and need answers please.
1_we got our PR package ready to send under Ontario pop nominations under PhD stream,in the check list do I have to send my old IELTS as proof of taking English exam but it is expired already and if yes do I check it in check list.
2_for police certificates we did the one on canada but not back home so do I put check in check list.

CIC discounted my fees the following day I made the payment, July 18. So, I guess the charge in the credit card isn´t related with AOR, unfortunately. Did anyone get the discount almost at the same time of the application?

1) No you cannot use your expired IELTS as it dont serve the purpose.
2) You have to submitt all the police certificates (if stayed more than 6 months in any country) including home country. Home country clearance has high priority than one in Canada.
*Without complete documents if you tick the checklist that might delay in your process. If you dont have time for PCC send your application first in later stages they request you for PCC with MR. Hope this will help.

no, still there is an option u can use a form and put ur credit card info and CIC use it when they want to charge u
