Hi,MONKUCHA, I think you missunderstand the point. Amrinder has applied for OINP, which means he has lived in Ontario for at least 6 months, so he has to submit the PC of Canada to CIC. If some never come to Canada for more than 6 months, he doesnt need to submit the PC of Canada.

How is your case?
I guess someone has a problem with reading with understanding. Check CIC website again and again and again and again

It says clearly on their instructions that you do not need to submit police clearance certificate from Canada but they will ask for it later if required. (it happens maybe in 20-30% of cases)

And again:
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

I am AINP applicant and have been leaving in Canada for more than 4 years now......

I just found it on the cic website of your point. But from the cic document checklist, it is different, you can check it. Lots of friend of mine submit PC of Canada and got PR. It is the first time I know someone who didnt submit PC of Canada and got PR. It doesnt matter whether you submit PC of Canada or not, we just want to share the experience to help others.

For Police Clearance - it depends on which country you're from. Not required if you are from certain countries if my memory is correct. It's on the CIC website somewhere...

I dont agree with you. On the checklist of the application, police certificate must be submit, although it could be submit later, the CIC is highly recommend to submit the police certificate together with the application. Otherwise, it may delay the process of application. So police certificate should be submit together with the application.
Hello Damon and others,

I need an urgent advice/suggestions from you experienced folks. I am going to submit my PR application to CIO (MPNP nominee). Currently I am living in Beijing, China. My friend in Manitoba endorsed my application and I have got nomination on July 24, 2015. I was wondering how could I pay 1400 CAD from Beijing, China. So, I discussed this matter with one of my colleague in Toronto whether it is possible for him to pay by his credit card. Alternatively I was looking for Bank draft. Today I made a bank draft from Bank of China and at the same time my colleague also paid online. I have few specific questions:

1. Is there any chance CIC may ask my colleague about the relationship between he and me? Or it is not a concern for CIC who is paying in favor of me.
2. Which one should I retain, bank draft or online fee payment?
3. Is there any chance to cancel online fee payment,if there is, how my colleague can do that?
4. In the online fee payment receipt ( I guess those who paid online are familiar), what should be the "client date of birth" and "client ID". Who is client here,me or my colleague who paid for me? What is client ID?
5. Finally, do I still have to submit IMM5620 (fee payment form) along with my application to CIO, although I am paying online?

Your kind advice is highly appreciated. Eagerly waiting for your responses.

Thank you,

Eusufzai
