You don't need to provide police certificate from Canada, if they have any concerns they will ask for it later. In many cases they don't ask at all so don't waist your time for waiting for PC from Canada.

GOOD LUCK FOR US

A new Week is started. Hope we all got AOR in this week. ;D ;D :) :) ;D ;D

I dont agree with you. On the checklist of the application, police certificate must be submit, although it could be submit later, the CIC is highly recommend to submit the police certificate together with the application. Otherwise, it may delay the process of application. So police certificate should be submit together with the application.

Police certificate can be submit later, but CIC is highly recommend to submit the police certificate together with your application, it will be delay without the police certificate. so I think you had better get the police certificate first then submit your application. Good luck!

Checklist says only about PC from outside Canada and CIC website clearly states that you don't have to sand PC From Canada with your application. CIC does check Canadian police record by their own and only in some cases they ask to submit PC from Canada and finger prints later, during the process. Check the link I posted so you know next time

Z PNP application guide:

Police certificates

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide:
-valid police certificate, or
-police clearance, or
-record of no information.

These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

Hi,MONKUCHA, I think you missunderstand the point. Amrinder has applied for OINP, which means he has lived in Ontario for at least 6 months, so he has to submit the PC of Canada to CIC. If some never come to Canada for more than 6 months, he doesnt need to submit the PC of Canada.

How is your case?
