If we see June and July remainders , most of them have received their PRs when
reached 16 months, + 3 weeks, maybe it's the time frame the agents have to resolve.
Also, most of them have been told quite similar excuses, such as:
*Call back in January
*16 months is just an estimation..
*I'll send a note to your agent
*All is passed, nothing missed, in final review stage...
* Soon your PR will be sending.
*bla bla bla
I dare to say, that the call service agent just see what we already know from GCMS notes, nothing else, the rest it's just their useful explanation.. That's all.
As I said above, most of us have hit 16 months + days... Let's see next week if there is luck ..

I called IRCC on November, 9th (when I reached 16 months) and the agent opened "delay request".
Also my MP called them this Monday. After their conversation I was asked to come back in 3 weeks if I'll get nothing for this time...
