July 2014 - Online Work Permit / Dependent Visa from outside Canada

I have applied online Spouse Open Work Permit on July 25, 2014.

Is there anyone who has applied OWP or WP outside Canada in the month of July 2014


Please share your timeline. I will also share mine, once there is progress from CIC

I applied (paper application) for WP along with my wife's OWP and my daughters study permit at N.Delhi on 22nd July. I guess its still early days to check the status but I still check it everyday - it is still under processing at CHC.

My company's lawyer told me that paper applications take about 1.5-2 months at Delhi while online applications may take as long as 4 months.

Hi... I m from India...My husband is on work permit in Canada valid till November 2015. I have applied to Delhi CIC office for OPW on 10th July 2014 via VFS office (paper base application), my medical updated after 21st July 2014. I am fall in healthcare profession. Generally OPW takes 25 days to 1 month .but its 16th Aug, no reply .really worried
Please suggest me something?

No any type of correspondence there after,
Today change my status in VFS- Passport dispatched on 8/22/2014.
No email about visa.
Please very worried now, what is mean that……..

Hello. I am also a July applicent applied on 18th july online. And still not any updates. Waiting

Finally, I got email from CHC & my visa has been approved. I didn't get any tracking number for Passport but just got email.

Applica. Date July.10 paper application with Pre-medical, Via VFS from India to New Delhi.
Aug.22 Status changed that Passport has been dispatched
Aug.23 Got email Conformation about Visa Approval.
