maybe also be because it was a Family Application. I could say 100% but seem to recall some other FAM type cases where they declared Test or Oath within 6-8 months...

July applicants with email AOR should go check e-CAS see if you have something.

Though I was not expecting anything, but just out of curiosity I checked my application status, and I see my e-case is active. I am also part of the lucky or unlucky group who got Email AOR.

Application received 04-July
Email -AOR 18-Sept
Ecase active - 12-Dec

Ecase does not show much, it is basically same information that was sent in email. I never called CIC to get information.

Ecas activated finally ! But it's only showing "Received" status, not in process... Though cic told me it's in process ever since I got the email AOR..

i think those who received paper AOR some of them got test invitations.
So far regarding email AOR applicants answer is no.

Used UCI to login.

I used UCI, 8 digits, no hyphen. My status is just "Received." I find it interesting that it reads "We sent you a letter" but of course it was an email.

so the system is not smart enough to make a distinguish between those...
and my status also shows only Received. It'll be interesting to see when we'd get In Process.
