Hi

I am a july 31st applicant. I got MR April 2015 and received about a month later. Is there
many July applicants still waiting for Decision made as I have seen progress the last few weeks
with june etc?As I am a Carpenter skill level B Im assuming that a higher profession with
Skill level 0 and A would be processed before mine?

TIA
i am in the same boat buddy.
i got medical on 4 th of february and got it done on 12 th but still not showed up in my ECAS.
RPRF requested prior to medical and paid.
waiting for the next stage.

Got DM today.... :o 19+ months of waiting comes to an end! Hoping it's a positive one, yet to get a PPR. :)

I just noticed though the status says "Decision Made", there is no additional line inside ECAS that has the DM statement (...decision has been made...office will contact you...etc) - is this normal? I may be just overthinking at this stage but the fact that there's still no PPR, it (decision) can go in any direction!! :-X

Got " Ready for visa" email just now.... :D

The email straight away tells me to submit passports locally in India thru VFS so no change in visa office required.

All done and dusted! I wish everyone on this forum all the very best.

I have one question buddy......you mentioned that you are planning to do you landing on May 2016..... how long your visa stamp is valid? as per my knowledge CIC gives visa till your medical validity.....medical expire after 1 year...your medical expired next month...right?

if you see my timeline on left, you'll notice i got a medical reassessment done earlier this month on request from CIC despite my original medicals running until Mar'16.... so im presuming the visa validity will be atleast for another 6mnths... if not, i will prepone my plan accordingly :)

My doctor has submitted our medicals on January 14th 2016 to CIC.
But still i cant see update on my E-cas.

Does anybody in the same situation?

It takes 3 months for them to process it. But if you want to make sure, call the call centre, and they will tell you whether they have received the medicals or not.

Hi mahendraa,

i called them yesterday and they advised they received our medicals.
they have evaluated medical of my spouse which was fine but in my chest they found some spot (as per panel physican)so cic agent told me they are evaluating your medicals.

That is a standard procedure they have to undergo assuming you are a healthy person. I believe it is the same with how they confirm your work history. For example, my GMCS (did I spell it correctly?) notes said that the officers had to confirm my job duty because it was very short and simple on the employment letter that I provided. Take it easy and hopefully you will get RPRF or PPR (if you already paid) soon!

My doctor uploaded my results on February 12, I checked my e-cas on February 16 and they had added a medical results have been received line.

Hi Everyone,

Please can any one of those who had the PPR tells me how long it took CIC to return your passports since they were received in Ottawa?

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

I am a July 16 applicant. I am a second review applicant. My timeline

App received: July 16 2014
AOR: September September 2014
RCMP Request : January 2015
Medical and RPRF: Upfront
Long wait nothing after that

Schedule A and RCMP (again): February 19 2016

As I have done medical upfront and RPRF upfront I know I wouldn't be requested again.

Should I consider the request of documents as a positive thing? Did I pass the review?

Any response will be highly helpful

PPR- 3rd Feb 2016
Sent-3rd Feb 2016
Received- 5th Feb 2016

Passport received back- 19th Feb 2016
Did my landing today, finally a Permanent Resident :)
