Here we go
Got MR today...it is so unreal that I still can't believe it.
This was my email from yesterday...:
"
Dear XXXX,
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Ø xxxxx application number - xxxxx my name:
Ø Please confirm if you are still in a relationship with XXXXXX.
Ø RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your spouse or common law partner, if you have one.
If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:"
...and then the link to the payment site followed.
The second line confuses me a bit, as I stated in my application that I was not common law anymore with my ex.
And I sent my application 6 months after we broke up, so wonder what this is.
But maybe it is related somehow to his work permit, cause he had one at this time. He got it because we were considered common law but then things went completely wrong.
When I applied I gave all information correctly and said that I was in common law before the application but not anymore when I send it.
Jeez I hope this will not cause any trouble.
And today just a plain e-mail with an attachment with the medic instructions.
MR came today at 7:45am, I didn't check my mails this morning, was also not expecting to get something on a saturday and now I am ... FREAKING OUT
So they work on our files definetly.
