Hi guys,

I am July 2014 applicant and today I got mail for medicals for me, my wife and son, but my daughter, 7 years did not get mail for medicals.

Is there any age limit for medicals?

im also a mid aug applicant and i got the second line added last week saying that the file is under process. so you should hear something soon.

what is your submission date. my file reached on 20 and so far there have been no changes.

Hey guys,

I just got medial request today but I completed medical upfront like 4 months ago and also emailed it to CIC. What should be my steps now:

1. I should call the doctor, fill the IMM1017 and doctor will re-upload it to CIC?
2. I should email the eMedical file that doctor provided to CIC?

Please advise. My AOR is July 21, 2014.

One question - I like to know what is the significance of the line -"we started processing our application XXXXX". what is your all experience. Is this line mean that application is closer to MR/RPRF

Are they also going to indicate in ECAS when they will send medical or not?

I am an October applicant. They asked for my medicals on June 29th, and I can only see that they received it (not that they contacted me). They don't mention the documents (police checks, T4 and NoA) they asked me about 2 months ago either. I only have my 3 lines:
1- We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2014.
2- We started processing your application on March 4, 2015.
3- Medical results have been received.

I saw the line on 14th Aug on ECAS, and received RPRF on 25th Aug. It looks like a good sign.

Reply to the medical request email and attach medical information sheet provided by the doctor. CC Ottawa office ( cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca ) on the email.

Don't forget to include your application number, application type (PR CEC), date of birth, and UCI in the email.

I did that and they replied me within an hour that they received my medical and they processing it. thanks for your feedback.

no ecas is only updated when they receive the medical results
