below was on one of my emails when i received the AOR.
so you can try this.

"If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the Centralized Intake Office by e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca"

also my application waS received on 14 Aug 2014. and AOR was 19 nov2014. but since then i havent heard from anyone and the online thing says in process and just that 1. the applicTion has been received.
Does anyone know how much longer it can take or if its taken longer than usual?

I just checked my ecas status. They have added another line which they should have added a year ago. but just wondering if anyone sees same thing in ecas status. Below is the text copied from ecas:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on September 12, 2014. ( ADDED TODAY)

Note: Still waiting for MR request but done with upfront.

can anyone tell me if i can go get my upfront medical done or it can only be done when they request it. as im applying through the experience class i heard only ppl who are being sponsored can donit upfront. please tell me how it works so i can save time.

yes, you can do an upfront medical.

you can find the list of panel physicians here : http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

although you need to check with the clinic first if they do upfronts or not

I am a July 04th applicant still waiting for Medical Request. I was thinking of doing upfront medicals. I stay in Toronto ON. Can anybody who has done upfront medicals in the Toronto, Mississauga, North York, Etobicoke & Brampton area suggest me where I can get upfront medicals done.

Really.. I saw there is also someone in December 2013 thread mentioned the same thing.

I applied in July 2014 for CEC but my application is under review. Seems like it is going to take alot more time for it to get processed. The review was for LOE not having job description and the job description i had provided from my boss being generic. I have provided updated letter already last week.
Now i also have ITA for express entry to apply under FSW. Do you guys suggest i wait some more? Or apply under FSW. I still have another 40+ days to either apply or decline the invite.

You have applied under CEC, and you said you got your ITA under FSW. Go ahead and apply EE also as long as your both applications are in different stream.

Thanks! but don't you have to wait for immigration to send you the medical form? If the doctor sends it before they ask for it where will it go?

is it preferable to do upfront medical in CEC? or since already down the road just wait for the MR

You can go for upfront medicals for CEC. Some panel physicians won't let you do it but most of them don't care.

Panel physicians can search CIC's eMedical database with your UCI/Passport Number to see if there is a medical file in CIC database for you.

If they don't find any records, they create a new UMI (unique medical identifier) and upload the medicals.

Your immigration status on medicals will be listed as 'worker'.

Physician will give you a eMedical Information Sheet, which you need to email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca requesting them to link your medical file with your PR application. Don't forget to mention your full name, date of birth, UCI, PR application number, and class of PR application (CEC) in the email.

Once CIC receive the medical reports and no additional tests are required, your ECAS status will show second line stating 'medicals received on [date]'.

I followed this process myself and my ECAS status shows the same but I never received the medical request. My file is stuck for second review.

Hello everyone - third line added.... does this mean by others' experiences that I can expect PPR soon?

I applied for GCMS for the first time on 31-Jul-15, not sure if this has initiated CIC to look at my file....?

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on September 13, 2014. (added 7-Aug-15)
3. Medical results have been received. (added 31-Mar-15)
