Have you paid your RPRF? 'Coz I haven't received any request for RPRF after medical received.

Yes, I paid upfront RPRF back in Apr (see my timeline on left and bottom).

Though I'm yet to see it as an advantage, I still strongly suggest paying upfront and not waiting for the actual request for CIC.

Hello Guys
Yesterday, I received my COPR and made an appointment with the CIC office for the landing purposes. I will receive a call in two weeks to confirm the date and time for the appointment.
This thread has been a great tool. Good luck everyone.
Thanks

Congrats!! Are you from a visa exempt country? Do we all have to make an appointment to do the landing and do you reside in Canada? Sorry just curious about this process

Yeah I am fairly sure I paid it when I filed the application. So hopefully soon I will get the ppr.

Congrats..

I see a third line in the ecas. also showing decision made.

We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2014.
We started processing your application on June 23, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

Decision made
We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

The date although does not make any sense to me. this was the date I applied first time for PR in Canada.

Thanks. No, I am given visa along with COPR which is valid for another 8 months. For the landing purpose, you can either make an appointment or do flagpole which I want to avoid because each time I visit States in future they will ask me why did I try to enter States without a visa. You can of course go to your nationality's country.
COPR document mentions calling 1-888-242-2100 which I did and the rude lady said that I will receive a call in two weeks to confirm the day and time of the appointment (CIC Office-Etobicoke). Yes, I currently live in Toronto, Canada.

Hi dexterity, flagpoling is not mandatory. I also thought same as you, so I went to Seattle for dinner and while returning I did landing at Canadian boarder.

Hi Mahesh,

Did you face any trouble at all while flagpoling at the Surrey Border? Also, did your CoPR had instructions about booking an appointment at the CIC office? It might sound stupid but I am a little confused about this whole thing. I have a ticked booked for India for July 21st and I kinda wanna get done with this landing thing before I leave and booking an appointment takes too long for me to be able to get it done. That is why I am thinking of heading to the border too once I get my passport back.

Send your passport to Ottawa and include a letter requesting CIC to change the VO for your wife to her country of residence. In my case I received a reply on the 3rd business day.
