Hi

I just received my medical request on Friday - March 27 (admin please update)

When i tried to get an appointment this morning, the first available appointment is 3.5 -4 weeks away. I am based in Calgary.

The medical request requires us to do medical within 30days - meaning it will be cutting it fine wrt time, but for sure the doctor won't upload the results prior to the 30 day timeframe.

Are others also finding they have to wait this long to get an appointment?

If not Red Deer or Edmonton, then try Regina or Lloydminster. It is a drive but I am fairly sure you would find something a lot earlier in Saskatchewan since there are lesser people. Hope that works. Good luck.

I got email confirmation from CIC that my results are uploaded but nothing on my online application status yet..

Folks, who did medicals around March 18 - 20? Do you see an update on your online application status saying 'Medical Received"? I don't see it yet!!!

Unfortunately they also are fully booked until 2nd week of May!

Maybe asking them to put you on their waiting lists, it is possible someone will cancel in the last minute, so you will be able to secure a spot for ME.

I managed to get an earlier appointment with Dr Parminder Sandhu - so hopefully this will spare me from travelling to far . . .
Has anyone been to this Dr?

Hi fellow thanks for your response. So did you end up sending your eMedical receipt to CIC for confirmation? May I ask you what email address you sent this to? And how long did they take to reply?

I always worry about sending CIC emails because I think they may lose patience when getting emails after emails of inquries.

Hi,

Once you have completed the medicals no action is required from your end. You may enquire with the physician's office when your results were uploaded and also obtain the UMI form.

I did not post or emailed to CIC, ECAS updated to "Medical results have been received" about 3 weeks later.

I did my medicals (along with spouse and kid) on 3/21, nothing on ECAS yet. Hopefully it gets updated in 3 weeks. I too did not send anything to CIC after the medicals were completed.

Hey everyone,
I am new to this form.

Application sent: July 9th
Application received: July 13th
AOR received: Sep 10
MR Received: March 13
MR done: March 15
Request to re-do medical test: March 23
MR done: March 25
Ecas Status: In process

I got an email from cic to submit police clearance from RCMP with finger print. I have no idea how to do it. I live in Toronto. Can anyone help and suggest what to do and where to do it?

Thanks everyone!! I did receive a UMI form from the doctor, which is the one I was inquiring if I should send or not. But if no one else sent it in July and still had their status change to "Medicals Received" then I will hold off on sending it. Thanks Again!!
