Hello Everyone,

Do we need to send e-medical tracking sheet to CIC? I am bit confused by the different answers. Some people says we should send just to be safer side and some people says that they will get it from the e medical system in couple of days.

Please help

It is not necessary to send the e-medical record to CIC as this is taken care by the physician.

I did my medicals in July 2014 for my PNP application and didn't had to send any communication to CIC.

That's unfortunate. I haven't contacted CIC yet, though I did apply for GCMS notes last week. The delays ARE annoying, though I'm also of the opinion that "no news is good news." Hopefully our apps will move forward soon!

MR received today, Police COC from Singapore mailed in. Actually, I went out to mail the COC and came back and there were two emails in my inbox, one requesting SG COC and other requesting MR. Good timing!

How did u apply SG COC without CIC request letter?
