Hello, guys. I've got my medical request. And I've got the appointment from the doctor for tomorrow. :) But I have a question: where do I need to send my e-medical tracking sheet? As I've heard that the doctor uploads the data online, but gives us a paper which we need to send it to the CIC. But how? It's not mentioned in the email that I've received from CIC. Thank you.

I think we keep it for our record thr in case something happens. If the doctor is e-medical enable, they will upload it on the system. CIC will see it within couple days.

Thank you sanjayit81 and kagaya. It's just that when I booked my appointment, I enquired about sending medical to CIC, and they said that I have to send only a copy of that paper to them, so they know that I'm done with my medical and they can get the information through scanning the barcode on the paper. I'm a bit confused here. To be safe, I think I'd send a scanned copy to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca.

Sorry guys for late reply.
My Lawyer said that for some of their clients, even after completing medicals, their employers/HR dept got calls from CIC asking for in depth details like since when are they working, what's their job description, what are normal hours and all sorts of things. One of them had a mismatch with the employment letter sent and what HR responded so they went into second review and the matter had to be cleared out.

I am just passing the details I heard. After starting of express entry, CIC has been really odd with processing files. Thats why I said, just give a heads up to your employers/HR Dept after you get medicals done.

Just wanted to notify all so that if its true then all of my fellow July applicants' files process smoothly. That was only intent of passing on the message.
My Apologies if I scared anyone. ;D

Hi
can someone tell me cic customer care number.
I found in Mr request, form imm1017 for my spouse email id was wrongly written, it is entirely someone else'S email. Is it something normal or do I have to call Cic about this email correction.
any suggestions are welcome.

The most important thing is Name, client ID, date of birth on IMM1017. Email ID is not important regarding medical. However it is better to change it with CIC. Just send an email to CPP-Ottawa

@ IMG : I haven't applied for GCMS notes. I am new to this forum.

Could you please let me know what is GCMS notes.

just received my MR this morning

timeline:
application received July 17
AOR: Sept 17
no further requests received from that point; did not submit fingerprint with my original application and was not requested later on to. I only submitted police check.
MR: March 20
NOC code: 1111

good luck to everyone :)

and a side note to an above comment regarding CEC may follow up on employment verification after MR request - it is true. it happened to my friend. she submitted MR and thought that meant everything else was clear; however, she received follow up from CEC requesting her to provide further employment information. i don't have more details around this but it can happen.
