Can we login to CIC before AOR?

By UID can we check the status before AOR?

Login to cic ? You can login to ecas when you get AOR - which has an application # .

1. do I need to update my current address to CIC ?
2. Should I request CIC to transfer my case to Delhi ?

It will be emailed if you mentioned your email address on the application. I suggest you wait for the AOR before updating CIC about the change of address.
