Hello All,

I just got my AOR, I applied for my wife and myself. I am principle applicant. They charged me $1100 on credit card but in AOR they said:
Please be informed that we processed a payment of 550.00 Canadian dollars on this credit card....

Does anyone here who has the same scenario like me. If it's serious, should I contact CIC.

Did you receive AOR ? You no need to send hard copy but you can always send in an email as attachment once you have AOR so that its tagged to appropriate file.

yes send it through email. I am sure most people did the same when they ask for additional documents . ( PCC must be sent hard copy)

Today I realized that my NOA 2013 is strange.
I don't know why but CRA refunded all my tax because they categorized my income as a kind of scholarship.
They did well for my NOA 2012 but did wrong for my NOA 2013.

So maybe CIC will think that I just received scholarship not working salary.

What can I do now.. can I ask CRA to reassess this..?

Call CRA and explain the anomaly and refer to your 2012 NOA. CRA should issue an updated NOA for 2013 which you can forward to CIC.
