I haven't received the hard copy by mail but I have read from posts that it is valid for one year.

BOWP is usually valid for 1 year regardless of whether your PR application has been approved or denied... But everything will be alright!!!

It is recommended that the reference letter have a Canadian address. If CIC VO needed to call your office, they would not do that for numbers outside Canada. Have you received your AOR? Send out an updated letter from your Canadian headquarters where you worked.

Thanks for the response. No , I have not yet received the AOR. My application reached on July 09, so I might expect it around end of Aug.

I submitted my application on July 8th.It returned on August 12th August saying "supplementary travel " form is missing.I did not filled that document as i did not go anywhere outside my country of resident and country citizen.

I have re submitted my document today along with the missing document.

Wait for the AOR mail for the application number then send the PCC.
