Iam july 4th applicant...

File number received on 16th Nov.... but since then no update...

I started loosing hope... as one of my friend who is October applicant received medical request today..his application was sent to Wasaw visa office....

By the way where did july applicant files sent?... new delhi visa office ?...

any thought will help

This is shockingly long, I would suggest you to contact your visa office using your file # to get an update.
Majority of the applicants receive medical request 50-65 days after PER. I hope they didn't misplace your file, give your visa office a shout.

Hey man..I have a query regarding proof of fund at the time of landing.....does fd formats of Indian banks are considered or not.

I'm assuming by fd you meant "fixed deposit" ? I'm not sure whether the custom officials will accept it or not. Although, they do accept documents that show capital is payable to you such as bonds, stocks or debentures.

My advise is to make your landing efficient and smooth, simply get a bank balance certificate from the bank.

I'd strongly recommend to contact your visa office asap, this is ridiculously and unbelievably long for medical request.
I believe I got my PER in same month as you, but the process was much faster afterwards. #Don't lose hope

Hi all with noc 2281 and received PER... I have already created a whatsup (35 applicants already) group for (noc 2281) helping each other in MR PCC DM & PPR. Group will remain active in Canada also to assist each other in finding jobs, accommodation and lots of other technical problems.. Interested people plz PM me their cell no. ;D

bhavini12 is not alone...my timeline is also closer to her...I am also waiting for MR...I don't understand why it taking so long? I have ordered GCMS 15 days back.

You guys are not alone in the waiting list. Its been more than 3 months after our second line updated but still no MR. We got PER on 30th October and second line updated on January 8, 2015. But still no MR. we got the e-mail from NDVO stating that they haven't received our file yet nor they found file with the mentioned UCI no. we are very worried. so thinking to call CIC today. Please suggest if you guys have any idea about it. Also share NDVO's contact no. so that we can call NDVO as well. Your help will be much appreciated.

How come your second line is updated while your file is lost, it cant be unless you are contacting the wrong visa office. As an option, and for a minimal fee you can order your GCMS and have a look on what has happened to your application, as long as you have received a second line update, this means that a visa officer has already had a look at your file. Hope your issue will be resolved soon.
