@Sharanjit 1986,
This is injustice deceision VO has made on your behalf. He should give an oppurtunity to prove that your latest employment status is genuine by requesting you to submit additional documents since you have already received PER.
As I know, one of the applicant from LVO had same issues but he was requested to submit further documents for the same within 30 days.
I can advise once contact your VO for the administrative review.

A PROMISING ANALYSIS FROM ADISU01

I have done some analysis on fswp 2013 spreadsheet and i have some happy news for july applicants. they began with may and june first in last year, like what we have been observing now and then moved to july quickly. the least amount of time they took between medical and visa was 31 days ( There are several visa for july got approved within this time frame) . since last year had less number of applicants and this year is relatively large numbers, I assume the july visa will start coming from feb 28 or march 3rd onwards. May and June would continue in large numbers but all check completed july are going to be in by end next week or march beginning.

Dear All,

Please guide urgent,

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 20, 2014.2.We started processing your application on February 12, 2015.3. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. App date- 20.08.2014,cc date- 20.11.2014,PER date 31.12.2014
I Claimed Points as Age-12,Edu 19,IELTS-21 Experience 15 But VO Given me 2 Marks Less in Exp so it reduced to 65.
He mentioned==" You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for PR ,the minimum reqt being 67,As per Checklist you were asked to provide reference letter from all your employers for the past 10years listing your main responsibilities and duties. You have not provided such letter from your current employer. ABC. I am not satisfied that u performed duties of a 2232 as set out in NOC. Therefore i don't awarded points.”
My query-
1. Can i have still a chance for reconsideration, if now i show him my Job responsibilities..
2. Under which act i can appeal if any one know plz help me..
3. What should i do to protect my case as in PER email they have already scored me 67 Points but now they are not keeping their words.CIC giving marks and NDVO deducting marks.
4. Some one if can help me by providing any data. .that they can reconsider my Job Duties if i submit to them. As somewhere I had learnt that they give 30days time to justify....

Please help me....

Didn't you send a reference letter that mentions all your job responsibilities and duties?
IF you have not done so, the Visa officer was justified to turn down your application even if PER was issued. You can not sent the job description letter later because it is a 'required' document. Administrative review and court case will be wastage of time and money IF your reference letter did not mention your job responsibilities and duties AT the time of submission. 30 days may be given in a case (at the discretion of the visa officer) when the letter did contain job description and duties but were not clear enough for the visa officer to reach a decision.

Hello Again,

Need your assistance with the below -
WE got our 2nd line updated last month and still awaiting the letter/email from NDVO. But not luck with that yet. There have been other things advancing in the meanwhile though.

1. Am soon to move to Germany on a onsite job opportunity.
2. My wife is pregnant.

I would like to inform the NDVO to put the application on hold due to my wife medicals. Also would like to update my job relocation.
Now since I haven't received any emails from them yet, Do I WAIT for it ?? OR Does anyone have any contact for me to go ahead and inform them anyways. As, i don't want this to interfere with the application process.

Would be glad if anyone could be of help and offer their suggestions.
Thanks.
