Date Applied- 14th July 2014
PER-10th Nov 2014
VO- Colombo/Sri Lanka.

But still no 2nd Line Update...
What would be the next step?

Since updation of ECAS is beyond your control, so stop worrying about it and go ahead with your MR and paying RPRF fee. Good luck for your journey.

No news of MR !! Don't know how long NDVO will take? Still waiting for second line to update ! How many July NDVO applicants have received the MR??





I am jul 3, no news of MR, lot of jul1 to jul4 applicants gavent got MR, looks like NDVO hasenot touched our lot yet.

as per latest details 24th June candidates received MR request. so July candidate might be getting their MR from next week onwards.

I got mail frm cic jst nw that due cap full my application
Was returned on 13 th nov.
Can anyone guide me is this true? Can a cap reach so early?
In july?
And when will i receive my documents? Its a month since cic has sent it back.

sorry about ur application. They usually send it thru snail shipping which is the slowest of all. Mine was returned too and it took almost 45days to (INDIA). Don't be surprised even if it takes more than 2months. Apart from IELTS rest all are photo copies which u might have submitted incase ur planning to reapply u can get additional copy of IELTS from the institute if you request for one (mention the purpose as canada immigration) then only they will issue additional copy.

I don't think 1112 got full in July...
They updated 1000 apps of 1112 in October, I guess...
Still you should ask some seniors in the fsw2014 forum...maybe diplomatru, ashif and other seniors can tell you perfect answer...

NOC 1112 was capped in October and last applicants that jumped in applied in mid-late June.
When is CAP going to be reached depends on number of people in that occupation. Unfortunately for you this one, aside from IT NOCs, is a very popular one.
Did you or not get your documets back in November?

I don't think they do such bias behavior...
Maybe it's true that your file couldn't reach before 1000...

Cic must hv given the reason of returning ur application.. if ur consultant is not telling u tht thn it might be his mistake and he is shifting blame on cic to save himself from blame.

As for now there is no incidence reported for biasness.
