In this forum, for NDVO, I have seen MR upto 6th July submission and then 30th July. Anybody got MR in between those dates?

Thanks for the update...however there are only 1 or 2 people after your PER date that I have seen in this forum who got 2nd Line by NDVO...my understanding is that you are not late..

additionally I feel it is not only your corporate background check, but also security check which matters. So, if you or your spouse spent 1 year in a town in UP, the security check might happen there too...and if you have lived in 5 places...things might get delayed...

Your stats aren't correct. I know of at-least 4 cases that I can recall who have received Medical Requests and are applicants dating between 14th to 27th July, PERs after July 10th (mine is July 6th). Example: Manish Baissoyya. So its not even the same application stage that I am comparing - but I am not complaining either . Just sharing my thoughts.

Also, secondly, I believe Background check (which includes everything from security check to Experience certificate) happens 'between' ECAS 2nd Line and MR Request. So its only now that my Background check would have started, at-least as per my knowledge. The amount of time this stage involves should be an indicator of how strong the application actually is.

My security check will be for India and UAE. Also - I am single

I havent yet received MR request from NDVO. When can I expect it. I have not submitted PCC in earlier. Whether they will ask for PCC along MR...Following are my details.

Wait 2-3+ months and you'll see your draft encashed, as of now the average time is anywhere from 65-90 days.

Many applicants who received PER in the month Nov still waiting for 2nd line to be updated on ECAS. I believe it might take until mid Feb for you to see the 2nd line.

NDVO is not issuing "AOR" this year. You will only get an update on your ECAS Status (2nd Line) post PER.

And yes - a few people have received MR before a 2nd Line was added to their ECAS status.
