Dear Members,
I am happy to inform you that today the second line got updated in ECAS. I also got an email requesting following documents
- RPRF Fee
- Updated Scedule A background Declaration IMM 5669
A little background into my profile. I am already in Canada on student visa and I wrote a case specific inquiry to NDVO informing them of following
- My arrival in Canada and requesting transfer of Visa office to CPC Ottawa.
- I also sent them my medicals which was done as part of my student visa
- Scanned copy of police clearance certificate
Now today when I received the email from Delhi immigration it does not asks for Police clearance nor does it ask for Medicals. My questions to all seniors members are
- Is the medicals done as part of student visa valid for PR application? Note medicals were done in OCT 2014
- Does NDVO accepts scanned copy of PCC?
- Should I be receiving the passport request alongwith the RPRF fee? if yes, Is there any concern that I haven't received it with RPRF fee request?
Application Details
Visa Office:NDVO
NOC:2173
Date of Application: 3 July 2014
I think they are considering the medical you sent with student visa which is why i think they have not asked you for the medicals but for RPRF and Updated schedule A.
To be on safe side you can send copy of the medical carried out in October 2014.
You need to send RPRF fees and as stated updated schedule A to check whether there is any change in the family composition as such.
They don't accept scanned copy of PCC and i think all you need to do after sending the docs is wait for 3rd line update and PPR request.
Thanks.. hope it helps.
