I am preparing a new application as i feel my first one got rejected. However, I have not received my application back.
Do i need to attached a letter explaning to CIO that this is my second application? I don't have time to wait for my application to get back to me as the deadline for submission is only until next month.

What is you NOC code

My app was received on 28th July still CC not charged nor received any email, can you please advise from which email id the email is usually received so that I can add it to my contacts, so that it does not go to my junk email.

Got a mail from CIC today stating that my file is being transferred to my local VO, along with a UCI and File number.I'm guessing my application must have been positive.Good Luck to all who are waiting for a response from CIO.
