Yeah, Is there any system like if someone traveled abroad few times then his/her file will take more time to process.
What i can see here that they check everything about you when 2nd line got updated. isn't it?

Actually we all are just guessing how these guys work...but it has been really random...not sure which parameters decide about starting the process and delaying it...

If we are to take each line updation as a forward wave....from the various threads on PPR, I see that NDVO is now processing PPR for applicants who had MR in Jan mid- Jan end.

I would like to know if my estimation is correct and if there are other views as well.

I Have applied for FSWP in Jul 2014 and file being received on 2nd Jul 2014 to CIC. My Visa office is New Delhi.

I have my third line updated saying 'Medicals Received' on 8th Mar 2015.

Now currently I am in UK London, so how can I submit the passport to New Delhi while I am in UK. can I ask New Delhi CIC to change my visa office to London CIC for visa stamping.

Can anyone guide me on this.

Hey,
I came to know that there are elections coming up in Canada and thats why they stopped charging fees to the new files received in November and December.
Also 1 of my known has filed up in last week of November and there is no update on it.

your post is little confusing for me...My file has already reached to NDVO and I have second line updated stating that they have started processing my file on 19th January 2015. I dont think that election in Canada has any impact on it. You can see my timeline on left.

Elections might effect the files which are still in CIC, Canada.
I have a friend whose file is neither returned or updated.
Dont worry in your case.
