I wish I could apply the citizenship there. Now I am stuck at Winnipeg CIC, which i heard it is the slowest office across Canada...

Guys;

I believe that things are moving faster in CIC now. My Ecas has been updated showing only "in process" line. I don't know if this means anything or not but at least it shows that things are being on the go. I might get an RQ ( ) or a file transfer ( ) or nothing ( 8) ) .

I will keep you updated.

Started to process on October 24th. My guess is delay was caused by extra documents included in my family application (letters of employments, T4s, etc)
AOR has not been received yet.
My application has been already sent to Mississauga office.
