I did last week so its going to be a while to get them, I just thought as soon as I've sent my FBI certificate (I sent it on may 1st) it would probably take 2 weeks to PPR as some other guys in this forum not its not the case, completely disappointed but thats the way this thing goes what do you do but sit tight

hi, is anybody still waiting for PPR? i finished my medical examination almost 3 months, i did not receive any email from CIC, my ECAS just "Medicals results received", i want to know how long does the background check take?? good luck folks

I am still waiting for PPR. Medical received by CIC on March 26/14.

Same here. The requested PCC was received by CIC one month ago, still no PPR... :'(

I emailed CPC last week they replied me this email.

Our office confirms that your application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline.
Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization at this moment.

Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within 6 months as this could delay your application.

We appreciate your patience and keeping correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process request efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

Its funny I received exactly the same response yesterday, I guess they dont bother checking Our file before replying and just send a generic email
