congrats to everyone who got PPR and landed...fruitful end of a long journey...

last week thursday april 3rd i sent an email with attached paper works given to me and my wife after we did out medicals requesting to confirm if our results have been recieved.

today i got a very short email from cic saying

Good day,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your medical results.

Regards,

i am guessing this means they have recieved our medical results? and they are acknowledging it? i dont wana sound stupid but i am just a bit confused if they are asking me to send the papers we got from doctors again as on my first email to them i missed to attach those papers and minute later sent the same email with attachment.

however on ecas nothing changed yet. just saying we started processing your application on february 20th. no updates yet. any ideas? please share. thanks

It means they have received your medicals....you don't have to do anything...don't rely on ecas status....when I received PPR on thursday...my ecas was in-process and it was not even showing that medicals have been received...

My status has been changed to "Decision Made" (I made the RPRF payment last week).

So my next step should be submitting my passport, am I right?

Yes, wait for the PPR email. You should get it very soon, might even be tonight. Congrats and good luck!

Good to see at least 20 people out of 120 have been landed from Jul 2013 list of applicants…..

Congrates to all of you who have completed their landing and wish remaining of us would complete it sooner…. ;D

My medicals were sent by the doctor on the 23rd of march, but neither has the ecas changed from "in process" neither have I received a response to the email that I sent to CIC.

Anyone else in the same situation like me?

Hey Cruiser,

Have patience dude, I did my medicals on 20th March still no communication from CIC…I know wait is killing but what else we can do until CIC contact us back. and check the excel sheet so many of July applicants yet to receive their RPRF request after medicals are done. BtW have you got RPRF?

Its a good sign that July applicants start receiving Passport requests after long wait
