Question for July who did upfront medicals
Did anyone in the July group do upfront medicals and also receive a MR request? What did you do?
Wan

Hey mwan, I did upfront medicals and sent my MR with my application. Yet, I received MR on 26th. Frankly, I was not expecting any MR request because my report is still valid.

I have sent CPP-O an email asking whether I need to take medical examination again. No reply yet. Are you in a same boat?

Did anyone ever receive their MR on a weekend ?

I received my MR at 11:00 PM EST. In night!! So, I will not be surprised if people have received it over weekend.
All the best.

medicals completed today in toronto!

Oh, good to know. Thanks.

Wonder how that works, automated email but something has to trigger it. Doubt CIC employees are working overtime.

i visited dr.francis li in toronto...no appointment required...was about 250$ all said and done 180 for doctor + 50 x ray and 12.99 for blood test...was pretty quick ....and for those who don't have car its right outside pape subway ...and all tests in one building

Thanks rohitoarxl. How long did you have to wait there, given there is no appointment system ?

Thanks for the info. Good luck with rest of the application, you're almost at the finish line.

Hi my question is for all experts who got their permanent residency or who are already applied and experiencing the difficulties in this process

My husband is on valid workpermit in Alberta (Calgary) till 2015. before he was in toronto(ontario) and worked for almost 2 yrs.

I am also in Canada with valid open work permit

Now we are planning to apply for our permanent residency but dont know which one suits us. we dont know is it better to apply under ANP programme or FSW programme and the time involved for each is different i think.

My husband designation Food service manager ( dont know whether cap will be open for this category or not in coming april)

Please experts suggest us so that we can choose better option to apply and reduce the time.
