When sending the Biodata, do you print the table and fill by hand, scan and attach to the email?

Mine came in the body of the email and not as an attachment, so I've just typed in my details and application number, would it be ok to send it in the email itself? (I haven't sent yet, it's in my drafts)

I believe email is OK. I have to change my address too, but i think they didnt notice the change in address i made online before six months.

Yea, they didn't notice my address change that I made on Ecas back in October. I'm thinking that I can just email that with the biodata, right?

Yes. But write the address change in bold letters and tell them u did update online too......

Hi all,

In case you haven't, I'd strongly recommend all to check your JUNK mail folder.

I received MR request in my regular inbox on Feb 21st. Just earlier today (23rd feb) I found an email requesting RPRF in my junk mail folder. All my previous emails came to my regular inbox but for some reason this one went to my Junk mailbox.

Other than that, glad to see they're moving along fast in the PR process.

My details

NOC: 4163
AOR: Sept 5th
Date received: July 9th
MR: Feb 21st
RPRF: Feb 21st

Good luck to all!

Hi safwangc,

Did the 2 emails come from different cic email ids? If so please share the ids. Thanks.

Congrats mak31086.

Good Job htrak.

Hi,

They came from two separate email IDs.

MR: Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca
RPRF: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

I tried to make sure no CIC emails go to Junk mail, but their numerous email IDs have been making this difficult.

Got Request for Payment of RPRF on 21 Feb 2014 and made the payment today for me and my wife(one transaction). I have question regarding sending the receipt, do I have to take the print out and fill the Name, client id and address details, scan and sent or just send the PDF got in email with no personal information.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Updated the spreadsheet!

Hi CEC_NLD, I don't see your details in the sheet. I see one entry under the name NL_CEC - is that you? If yes, can I change the name to CEC_NLD? Please let me know.

Hi mak3678,

What I did was I took the PDF, opened up in Photoshop, typed in the text (no signature was required) for my address, client ID, etc. and re-exported as PDF.

Attached in an email to and sent to the address CIC requested. It will give an automatic reply confirming they've received your email.
