Did you check your email junk folder, just in case the MR went there ? What's your timeline, btw ?

I reapplied on July 2013, On Feb.27 morning I received email from they ask me a police certificate from China. I sent a RCMP police certificate with my application already and I never went back China after I came here. I called them, they said I still need one from China I have to call my parents to get one for me and I am waiting for it arrive. and on Feb.28 night, I received another email about ME.
My question is expect ME, they didn't ask me to pay for any fee or anything else. what will happen after ME?

I'm assuming by ME you mean Medical Exam/Request. You pay for that directly at the clinic where you'll do your medical. You should be receiving another email with the Biodata form and to pay the RPRF (right to permanent residency fee) - not sure if they'll wait till you send them the PCC though.

Yes, it is happening for me now. I just checked the status, it is changed to In Process. I have not received the medical request yet, or may be my lawyer is holding it up. Going to mail my lawyer and check.
I just hope my application is not in the process of rejection.
