Hello Guys,
I did my landing yesterday and everything went well without any issues. Here is my landing experience:
I went to Canadian CBSA border office(St. Stephen, NB) and told them that I came here for PR landing. The officer told me to go to US and get the refusal and come back. So I went to US and informed them the same and they took me inside the building and after 5mins, US officer gave me the refusal letter and asked me to make a U-turn and return to Canada. So came back to Canada and given the refusal letter to CBSA officer. He asked all the papers like Passport, COPR letter and previous Work permits. Then he said it will take 10 to 15mins for him to complete the process and he is very kind and told me to sit in the chair. Exactly after 10mins he called me and asked "Do you have any criminal offense" and I replied "No". Then he told me to sign the COPR letter and confirmed that now I am the Permanent Resident of Canada and given some instructions like changing SIN number, medical cards and also explained about residency obligations. Then told me like it will another 8 weeks to get the PR card. Once again he congratulated and said have a nice stay in Canada. So happy
