Hi there! am new in this forum, its really a roller coaster of emotion for all of us whos waiting for visa.

I submitted my application for TWP/TRV thru Aramex last 3 Sept 2012, I am wondering if CIC Abudhabi recieved it as there has no tracking number or notifications recieve afterwards.

fear of unknown, am really happy to those who got their visas stamp earlier than expected.

this forum helps a lot. thanks guys for the infos and experiences shared here ;D

guys, is there any posibilities of refusal? scared ???

I submitted compete application kit, offer, contract, positive LMO approved, police clearances from countires which i resided (original copies), original passport (with photographs), copy of my CV, trainings and seminars certificates, company contracts (proof of employment with the same line of business which applied for) and University transcript of record.

getting tense as day passes by..

Actually Anne I'm not really sure about that one.I think it really depends on the visa consulate officer who will review your application. As you can observe, there is no consistency on how they evaluate the thousands of applications they are receiving. But for me,I think you don't really need to show proof of funds. Why?It's because we are going there in Canada as workers and we will be compensated for that.So we will use our salaries to cover up our daily expenses. And I believe that's already an enough proof that we can have our source of income :)

Hi Jovie. You said you send your application through Aramex right?I advise you to check your Aramex shipping bill and you can see your 10 digit tracking number on the upper part.Go to this link http://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx and type your tracking number and you will monitor where your documents are.

You can also track your shipment using your mobile phone. For Abu Dhabi, send your shipment number via SMS to 050-900-2200 and get SMS instant update on the status of your shipment.

Hope this one helps. :)

Jovie I think you have nothing to worry as long as you've submitted a complete application kit(signed and dated) and your qualifications such as educational attainment and wok experiences fit the requirements of your job.Keep on praying.Everything will be fine.God bless Jovie!

antonettegarcia; thanks for the positive vibes it helps.. my employer sending me messages everyday morning and evening and assuring me it will be done however we all knew that its beyond his hand and control, he told me worry not because he is continously talking to his people (friend or whatsoever) in the house of commons federal in canada itself but still it depends on VO i believe. keeping my fingers cross its a mixed emotions and really terrible rockin nerve in waiting for unknown..
