Did you not try submitting a fresh Ref. letter ?
One liner for job duties is a thin edge walk.

Mine was received July 19 too and nothing yet. :'( I'm worried about my brief ditties too in 2 out of my 4 reference letters. I applied under 1 year (1950 hours) pgwp with 2 part time and 2 casual jobs under same NOC as Licensed practical Nurse. I'm stressed out....

I emailed and got the following reply, and it is pretty standard:

Your application is currently in queue for review by an officer.
No action is needed at this present time. Our office will get in contact with you regarding the next steps in your application.

stick in there people!

Big time learning for all others applying or all those who have already applied without Ref letters or without Duties & Responsibilities in Ref. letter.

Hello,
How do you know that the reason for the rejected guys' rejection is because of lack of Ref Letter or Duties & Responsibilities in Ref. letter? Did The officer mention it? Sydney office will return the uncompleted package. If it went to visa office, it means everything document wise was OK. Right? Thanks

Hi ioanag, did u applied for BOWP as well. I submitted mine 3 days ago thru online. I am stressed out as well because I counted my hours as it is on my paystubs ( being worked as partime and casual and couldn't make it weekly) Now they are saying that hours can't be counted and that it has to be weekly. my employers also didn't list all my job duties as a nurse but I printed the Nursing duties from our website and attached with written explanation. I get more stressed but I still pray that everything will turn for the best.. I now works full time. how have u been doing???

I was really sad Movie......hope u could reapply soon with all the details you need.....

It made me look again in my ref. letters and I realize they have job title, job responsibility, income details i.e. monthly/hourly with approx. estimated annual income, with employers' details and contact info.....but not the NOC code....... Does a ref letter without NOC code is OK?

Please give your suggestions guys.....I just got scared after seeing some recent rejections mainly due to ref letters....n the thought...don't even wanna say that.....

What are your views?

Hi. I will apply for BOWP in May if i don't hear from CIC by the end of this month. My wp expires in September. I quit one job, I now work 1 part time FTE 0.84 and rest on a casual basis ( basically all added up i get full time hours now) but at the time I applied I worked less so I counted hours equivalent to 1950 in total. ( I actually had around 2200 hours in total) Unable to identify the weekly hours as it changed from week to week.
We just keep on praying and hoping for the best... Hope we both get good news soon! Good luck and God Bless!
