July 2012, NOC 2121 Re Application

Dear Friends!

I am Parth Shukla, I had applied under NOC 2121 last year in the month of September, However unfortunately my File was returned by the Canadian Government as the CAP Reached. I want to again apply in the month of July 2012. Can you please tell me the proceedure for Re application, Also please tell me whether we need any other documents except the Bank Balance Certificate and the Demand Draft that we need to renew so that I can start the procedure.

If NOC 2121 is still on the list in July 2012, and any possible points changes don't render you ineligible, then the procedure will probably be exactly the same as last time. But wait for 1st July+ to see if any changes are announced and if there are any changes as to which documents are required.
