there are some speculations regarding the subject:
they are intending to have applicants with high English proficiency, those having 7+ bands in reading, writing & speaking and 7.5+ bands in listening will definitely be having edge over the others. They're also re-considering the points for age, as currently there are highest points for age bracket of 21 to 49 years - now they're proposing the highest points for age group 21 to 35. Credentials assessment is being proposed as mandatory along with application to CIO. But these all are the proposals for amendment in the bill, the bill has to be approved by all MP's before implementation. So, unless and until it doesn't get approved, all should be assumed only as proposals.
