Thanks for all the concerns of members here... very much appreciated. Since i already paid the fixer and just spoke to him tonight after seeing all your very helpful inputs, the 22nd of Nov. marriage will serve as the ceremony (re-enactment only) and we will have the Marriage Contract dated Dec. 02. as my hubby will be leaving on the 5th of Dec. It's just that everything was set on the 22nd (Garden Wedding in a private resort outside of Manila) plus the accommodation and the out of town trip... Thanks to all.

that's good. When you do the marriage contract, make sure that the names are spelled correctly, that it is perfectly done and signed accordingly using a black ink pen. Then don't be late in registering your marriage to the registrar. Late registration will have negative consequences. It will not reach the NSO until after a year.

It is also better to inform the private resort admin office about the date of your marriage that you'll input on your sponsorship application. CEM might do a background check when and where the wedding is held.

hay totoo yan a day without them is a day without sunshine. Nakakatawa pa nga kasi nasa skype kami kagabi nasa office sya tapos meron syang kausap sa phone tapos bigla na lang sya naka smila tapos sumesenyas ng thumbs up sakin so medyo confioused pa ako anung problema nito ako ba kausap nito? hahaha after nya makausap ayun umiyak na tapos sinabi sakin at nag-iyakan kami sa tuwa. Nakakarelieve lang na tapos na kami sa first stage. That somehow I'm a step closer to being with him. Gusto pa daw nya sana ako lokohin na kunwari malungkot sya pero di daw nya kaya. hahaha super miss ko na sya 7 months na kami magkalayo...
