i read from previous post and in my observation, ecas is not something to rely on much..before my ecas change to DM, thre was no progress in my ecas frm the very start..the only thing that was thre was when they rcvd my application and medical result was rcvd...it stays that way since my sponsor was approved until nov. 25, home address was added and i recvd PPR the ff week..then after that, nothing..not even application process, i mean nothing..but suddenly on jan. 15 (sunday, around 9pm, pinas time) it suddenly changed to DM...now m waiting for my visa and which is more nerve wracking than waiting for PPR...

share ko lang those who are worried over their ecas...dont rely much on it nor worry much about it because some got their visa without any changes in their ecas....Let's keep all our faith! God is good!

HI sis...wala pa din ako aug 2 n recieved nila application ko nov 28 nila tanggap passport ko ala pa din nagbago sa ecas ko application recieve pa din

I know bagal nang immigration. Kind of depressing ka ang rami na na may passport at tayo nalang yata wala

ang dali lng sau meg29 visa na pala sau...faster ata yon filipino-filipino than canadian -filipno...congrats

Hi All,

Anyone haven't received their visa yet with the same or close to my timeline? Kesa wala parin ang sakin eh and i'm getting worried na kase may August na meron nang visa.

Normal ba to. Almost 2 months na ko nag hintay nang passport to be returned to my hubby.

Timeline

Sent application mississauga office: July 28, 2011
Sponsor approved: October 14, 2011
Forward to Manila Office: October 14, 2011
PR Application open: November 19, 2011
Request for additional doc and Passport (date of letter): November 3, 2011
Sent passport and additional doc via drop off box in Manila Embassy office: November 28, 2011
Visa Received: Waiting

halos pareho tayo ng timeline and wala pa dn update, application recieved pa din ecas ko :'(

Sa travel agency sis, Air Space Travel and Tours.
Sila kasi yung lowest na nagquote sa amin, 693 USD.
Before sa expedia may cheaper fare pa dyan pero di ko na nakuha kasi
di agad dumating yung passport.

Madali lang naman mag connecting kasi usually di mo naman na kukunin yung baggage mo.
Saka my husband prefers flying with Cathay Pacific than Philippine Airlines, nung time kasi na nagpabook kami
eh yun yung nagrarally ang PALEA.

Wala naman ako naging problem. Confirmed lahat ng bookings ko and sila yung cheapest fare na nakuha ko. I really went to their office to see if they are legitimate. I've also known them thru other forum members. see you in winnipeg! Kelan flight nyo?
