while going through some other forum, i found that a guy from lahore who has with the same NOC as ours,
got MR from LVO...

Wish you guys all the best for your application, today my application has been delivered to CIC, Sydney Nova Scotia.

I just don't understand the CAP .

Between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012, a maximum of 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

29 occupation X 500 per occupation makes = 14500 application.

Why are they just processing 10,000 application ? This does't sound fair and is not equal opportunity for all occupations.

First of all welcome here n best of luck with ur application. If u look at last year u will realize tht a number of noc doesn't enuff application to fill the cap. N we can b sure tht this will be the case again this year. Wht u shud b concerned about is the cap situation of ur noc. This is wht really matter to all of us.

my NOC is 7241 - Electrician at present there are 107 application. I hope I can make under 10,000 applications CIC is taking 3 months to reply for AOR.

I have filed my application it reached CIC on 17th January 2012.
