I send my application today too. But I then realized I made some mistakes.
1. I put fee payment on top of checklist...while other documents are arranged as the order the checklist indicates.
2. I forgot to put self-addressed mailing labels...
3. I just put all documents in a express envelope and mailed it...(Actually I don't really understand. Do I need to use a sealed envelope for the documents and then send it in a express envelope?)
I wanna know how serious my mistakes can be...
If my documents will be returned (e.g. because policy changed), can they send it back without the self-addressed mailing labels?

Man,.....Just finger cross and pray to god.

Read processing guideline where clearly indicated that your appllication will be return if document is not proper as stated in checklist. And address lebel is one of document in checklist.

Please seniors tell me am a pharmacist i have to get my credential assesment from PEBC or from ICAS please advice me

dear pebc will take 8 weeks to be done , u need around 500 $cad + degree and salybas to be sent from uni. + application to be filled then notarized.

its not requirement till now, we will see the coming soon MI .

1-- whether I can send IELTS to CIO with score 5 at begining of July & then if my application is prossesd ,send to the visa office another IELTS with greater score (if scored offcourse) at the end of July.... Or they will only take into considration the first one which I send to CIO....
OR
2- I don't send the IELTS to CIO & send them my registration reciept with British Council exame date 12/07/2012 , and send a letter that I'll send the result ASAP. ???
OR
3- Should I wait to get the end of July result but of course terrified of closing the Cap

Any one have an idea whether an interent invoice dated (June 2012) is sufficent to prove that my spouse sister is living in Canada.... or do I have to send her ( bank statement , credit card statement) which are not avaliable.. is thear a risk that the Visa Officer will not be convinced
Note that she was just granted Citizenshipat May2012 ... I have her Canadian passport . PR Card.. driving lisence, birth certificate.


Please Helppppppppp , as I need to score the 5 points for adaptability granted for a relative living in Canada... otherwise I wouldn't hit the 67/100 score .

I am a late comer to this thread, sorry for that

We are planning to apply for canadian immigration for this year(2012-2013), we are in Nurse category.
I have few questions:-

1. May i know when we CIC will receive application for this year?
2. Do IELTS need for my husband?
3. Will CIC update application forms? Can i download application form and fill now? or any new form will come?
4. Is Nursing are in occupational list for this year?

Is it advisable to send the application form before the new rules are released.I saw some of them already started posting their applications.
just concerned what should we do if the rules change and we already post the application.please let me know do we need to wait and see the new rules or post our application before hand ?Sorry its not to discourage anyone but Iam concerned about the new rules!

just attach a paper , type yr name, title of application , no. of question , yr answer, then sign

the ielts sent with yr application will be the only one to be considered, if u qualify with current ielts, apply it , if not then wait for yr new ielts and take yr chances , good luck though , i can't judge 3112 speed in filling the cap coz simply i duno which occupation does it stand for , if nurse or marketing managers then its a wind speed .
