How many points can be given on Education & Experience?

Rgds

According to your education you are not fall in this NOC. But if want to apply than your education will considered as a part time education as well as your work exp. also be considered as a part time.

I think you will get for education 20 Max. And for work exp. 17 max.

I am not sure plzz clear with seniors. Chances of accepting filing was very low bro. B'coz your education and work exp. is not matching with each other.
Plzz check HRDC occupation guide line.
Thank you

Raj

Hi,

First of all your NOC as per new notice has changed to 7204.

It seems that you have done your masters part time. so not points for that. Incase you have completed your bachelors full time you will get 22 points for that.

Regarding points for your experience....your full time experience i.e. more than 37.5 hours per week, is for few months less 4 years. so you will get 19 points for that.

I would suggest there is no need to show you have done MBA. as such its not going to help you. Showing it will actually confuse your case as MBA is pre requisite for 1122 and you are from NOC 7215/7204.

Hope this helps you.

Gosh...now this is a terrifying thought.

As you said from nigeria it takes around 3 days to deliver the package to NS and similar timings will be for continent America, Europe and Africa.

But it takes atleast 6-7 days delivery time from INDIA and possibly other asian countries.

If everyone send the application on the same day when MI5 is declared, applications from India and other nearby countries will reach atleast 3-4 days later than of those sent from other countries in America, Africa and Europe.

Thanks.

If I am not wrong, 20 points may be awarded upon completion of 14 years of education having one bachelor degree!

Please correct me, 22 points will be awarded upon completion of 16 years of education and having TWO universities degrees?

I have done BBA full time in evening 4 years and another bachelor afterwards as EXTERNAL candidate without attending university, so in that case can I be awarded 22 points??

I have also completed full time evening MBA from 2008 to 2010 as well.

Currently I have below credentials before apply under NOC 7204:

Education : as stated above.
Exp : Jan-2001 to Oct-2008 (Continuous Part time) Oct-2008 to Oct-2009 (Continuous Full time)
Adaptblty : 14 Years Regular Graduation (Spouse Education)
IELTS : (L:6, R=5, S=6.5 & W=5.5)
Age : 10 points

Tks.

I don't think that CIC has opened a file for you....' but to be double sure and also clear all doubts,
Kindly check the status of your file by using your UCI number in ECAS.

This is just my opinion.
I have checked that in ECAS, It is not working. thank you spicey.

Hi,

Question regarding proof of funds...if I will re-apply and will not include my family in the application..just myself for now, do I still have to provide POF per the size of my family or just for 1 since I am applying alone (for now)?

Thanks!

It Depends on where you are from around the Globe. Eventhough its my perception - if your courier delivers it on 29th june (if u send it on 25th June itself after New MI release )....... It will be considered under previous year (2011-12) CAP.... Again its my perception .... your file may be returned as CAP Already reached... As its mentioned elsewhere its going to be holidays for the first 2 days of July in Canada.......... So we can calculate the time needed to reach Canada from our place and reach on 3rd July --- The first working day in JULY
Is it sound GOOD............... ANY suggestions or ideas or Correction Most welcome
Regards
Ashok

In this case i think just for one. The amount of fund depends upon the number of person going to canada while applying.
