Good day to everyone. Can someone please help me? I have prepared our FSW application last year but unfortunately cap was reached before i was able to send it. If my NOC (fastfood manager) is still in the july2012 list can i send my application prepared last year or should i fill up the forms again fr scratch? I noticed that the dates are different at the bottom of the forms but they are still the same format. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Hi,

There r many in this forum including me who didn't succeed last year as cap filled. It is highly advised that you fill out the forms from scratch. The doc checklist too have changed a lot. Infact I have noticed that cic has made changes in the doc checklist at least once in last two months. Probably minor changes have also be done in forms. Better download all new forms and fill it. Take no chance.

my wife passport will expire on january 2012 and her name was still when she was single, requesting an updated one will take us a month we won't make it to the July 1st. I am worried that if that is the case NOC 3152 Registered Nurses are easily reached due to our numbers. Can we submit the old one and just follow the new after it is released we will apply for her updated status 3 days from now...

Thanks more power and God Bless us all?

is it advisable to submit before july 1st or we should all wait before july 1st? thanks

@ may,
Transcript, is Transcript, irrespective of when it is issued.

Kindly submit what is available to you.. While I urge you not to worry over that, kindly be informed that copies of Transcript are required if available.

Thank you steelz,

should I mention the UCI no. written with pencil in new IMM0008 Application.

I don't think that CIC has opened a file for you....' but to be double sure and also clear all doubts,
Kindly check the status of your file by using your UCI number in ECAS.

This is just my opinion.

Thanks so much my sis.

I'm also in dis kind of shoe. But I think one can apply for a new birth certificate for ur spouse or an affidavit (Declaration of Age) frm d court.
Pls house, advise us here. Time is no more our friend. We're counting down already.
