When is it advisable to obtain bank statement? A month or two months to application?

bank statement should be recent one if possible take as near as ur application date...

As a nurse, should one apply to ICAS or to the regulatory body? this assessment is it a pre-requisite for application or just being pre-emptive?

It is advisable to obtain a current Bank Statement as Embassies and High commissioners usually require current bank statements for any type of visa application processing.

Six months or three months won't be a bad idea.
