I got my appliaction returned twice already due to cap reached. im also planning to re-apply this july. Im quite worried on how my agent computed my work experience. I worked as a full time staff nurse from nov 2006 to may 2008, worked as a part-time private nurse from january 2008 to nov 2010 and currently employed in a call center as a nurse agent from sept 2010 to present. My agent gave me the maximum point for experience. though my xperience as a staff nurse overlaps with my private nurse experience.


Staff nurse (nov 2006 to may 2008) = 1year and 6 months
private nurse (jan 2008 to nov 2010) = 2 years and 10 months
nurse agent (sept 2010 to present) = not counted as an experience under noc 3152

Is the way she computed/assessed my experience correct? pls advise. thanks

i will apply as social worker , i have download all forms , will any change in these forms

there will be change for sure, dont worry and make sure you score more in ielts because high ielts score will be needed this year to gain ponts. ;D ;D

For All those pharmacist whose application file reached CIC after 31st August 2011, I have a bad news for them... CAP on NOC 3131 reached on 1st September 2011. Today i received my application back with the note that your application is not eligible for processing as CAP is reached on NOC 3131. My application reached CIC on 6th September 2011.

I am still confused with the website update of CAPPING of occupations. Please dont rely on that at all.... those figures are fake as NOC 3131 CAP is reached by 23rd November 2011 but actually it was reached on 31st August 2011.... It means if one NOC showing CAP on 20th December 2011, it means it is already Capped 3 months before (on 20th September or so).....I am sharing all this as we should all know this... If your BD is not encashed within 3 months of filing application it means you are not in the line for processing....

Anyways... Congrats to those who are in CAP....

I have received the package by regular post just after 2 months of their returning and about 4.5 months of them receiving the application. My application have a UCI number written on the application using a pencil. Will this number valid in future as well?

how did u know they have returned your application? did they email you. ;D
did u pay by bank draft? did they encashed the draft? if you apply in MI4 , do you use the same bank draft?

Good job...keep it up..i am gonna apply as a dentist in coming july...this time my application got returned due to cap reached..i hope dentist will be there in coming NOC as well....
Do you think that there will be any change in point system as i have currently exactly 67 points...

no one knows until they release the information in mid to late june 2012. Keep checking the website and this forum for updates.

Nice to see you again. Just a correction. MI-4 pertains to PhD scholars. MI 4 came into force on 5th Nov 2011. What we are next expecting is a MI 5. You may want to start a new thread to avoid the confusion to the new applicants. Good luck with your next attempt.

I am more curious to know if Architect (NOC 2151) will be there in new July 2012 FSW list. I have started preparing my application, but I am getting more anxious to know what's next.

Can anyone share light on this? Any predictions will make me more positive. NOC 2151 has been there on list since 2010.
