Thanks for the info..This is whats bothering me..Some later date applicants got their cc charged already but some earlier date applicants has no news yet on BD>...so they could be on a fast reviewer? while others like us might be on a slow reviewer? oo -ohh[/b]

If they are opening apps around 8th july then how people whose app rchd on or later then 8th july are receiving cap full mails

according to the agent who answered him/her said that there are a lot of different reviewers..so his files might be on a slow reviewer while the others (later date) might be opened by a fast reviewer..

Im not sure though :)

This cic people are confusing me they are still opening apps of 8th july >:( how many apps have they received ..... its so frustratin to wait 2-3 months just to know whether we have made it into the cap

Even I had called up 3 days ago and got the same response from them.
"Still opening application reached on the 8th of July, please wait for 2-3 weeks.."

Hello Rafayet,

Acc to me (and advice I got from some senior members of this forum), you need not send your wife's work exp docs. However you also need not mention that she is a housewife. You can mention all her work exp in the background info form that she also has to fill in, but you needn't submit any document to prove that. Earlier there were 2 checklists you has to refer to, one CIC and the other you respective VO, hence as per some VOs you had to send all the work related docs of spouse as well. But not anymore as per the new document checklist released for post June 2011 applicants.

Trust this clarifies.

If you are the applicant than it's optional to you to submitte your spous work exp doc. copies with file. If you want to submite than there no problem and if you don't than also there is no problem. But remeber one thing the documents you are sending to CIC if due to some reason thet retuen your file in future they keep the record of you and your spous. That means if you are not sending the spous work ex. doc with your file you have to show her house wife in application forum and in futire also you have show her house wife.

where do you guys call...please give the number so that we can also call.

Congratulations Big O.

Is this the PER letter you got? Or AOR? These abbreviations and the process both are so confusing.

The confusion could be clarified greatly if CIC would simply add the date received of the latest application which made it into the cap once the cap is closed.

Without that piece of information, it is a guessing game looking at reports of whose applications have been returned and whose have made it into the cap.

Has anyone actually reported there application being returned yet?

Wayne.

I got the email that the app. was returned on the 30th of August, but I haven't received the documents yet... it's been 3 weeks from the date they mentioned it was returned... I read on Canada post that normal delivery will take around 7 business days.

Huummmm....
Ok, if everybody has a different theory here I go...
Maybe the CIO has received so many applications at once that the immigration officers just developed psychologic disturbs... :-[
And now our applications are been used for origami therapy.... ::)

It sounds me a good hope for you then jeca. :)
There might be a software error at the part of CIC for sending you CAP full e-mail. as on Phone he/she told you they are still on 8th July applications.

We should atleast be able to work out assumptions but according to the feedback from CIC , I reckon it is a lucky draw & not a first-come first-serve basis as an application received at a later date with a fast reviewer is able to fall within the cap while the slow guy is still on the first weeks pile of application.

I wonder how they decided to say that the cap is full if some of the reviewers are still working on the initial week's data - could it be a call based on the heap of applications unopened in their mail room that some smart person decided to announce the cap before they get buried in a bulk of incoming application?

We will never know until time unfolds this mystery !
