they told me that they could find no record on their system of file received but i sent the tracking no. and the signature of that Mike.and let's see

I have the same problem. They said they have no records about my application, last week I sent the tracking number and name of the person who got the package. If you know something let me know, I will contact you through a PM if I get some news.
