Boss, predictions wil only start after the cc or bd encashments are over. I am of a belief that the news of an application coming back from CIC because of CAP hit will come first than AOR's or PER's. I'm being specific to 1122 category.Omo Naija said:Can anyone predict when the first post july 2011 PER will be received on this forum ?
Let's see if we have clairvoyant minds here...
Let the predictions begin !!!
The FSW application does not impact a tourist visa application. I applied for FSW, and recently also applied and received a 5 years tourist visa.Mycoweatsgrass said:Ya as long as someone adopts u...u should b fine....girl or boy...
Btw probably silly question....applying to Fsw doest stop from applying tourist visa to Canada...right??
Sounds really promissing but CIO does not accept in hand delivery or walk ins, nice poetry thought and for that he deserves the poet of the week award.MSMirza said:Sounds very promising, but being this efficient will have an extra price..
for 5 years?how did you do that?papago said:The FSW application does not impact a tourist visa application. I applied for FSW, and recently also applied and received a 5 years tourist visa.
It depends on the visa office and your status in that country. Some visa offices will issue the visa valid for the validity of your passport. I heard something in the news that Indian business men and woman will soon be getting 5 years multiple entries into Canada too. Yes, you can indeed get it for 5 years. I have one on my passport now. It is worth noting that I've also had Schengen and US visas, and traveled to those places too. Maybe that made a difference.jijitipie said:for 5 years?how did you do that?
anyone knows the requuirement for US immigrant VIsa? I know that the priority date is still on year 2005..but if we'll try to apply now..then maybe after 7 years..It will be our turn..(even if we are on the other side of the world)..hopefully, were still all alive and judgement day wont come.

I am applying along with my wife. Now at this time my wife is 34 weeks pregnant. I have gone through all the application forms, but there is no option in application forms to specify this situation. so I want to know that what should I do to inform CIC about this situation.
Do I need to take care of this while sending my application to CIC canada or I should wait till baby born and than to inform new delhi canada immigration office?
please advise for the same.

also i forget to tell one interesting thing....when i have informed chc about docs required to add my daughter to my application before then i have sent them email and also a letter by post...
they replied to both.....firstly i got email from them and they asked for 2 passport size photos of child, draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy, pasport copy....and after nearly a week they replied to me my letter sent by post and the difference was that this time they asked for 4 passport size photos of child, draft for fee,imm008 form,imm5406,birth certificate copy, pasport copy and proof of funds......so i have sent all docs along with proof of funds as well.......but i m confused why they did theyask for different docs in email and letter.........any one havinng any idea
about that.............

US immigrant visa is a nightmare. I know friends who've been waiting for close to 8 years for it. Those who get it quicker are those married to US citizens.
